Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Returns must be received from 30 days of ship date when the product ships to the customer. To initiate a return, please contact us BEFORE shipping it back to receive a RMA #. Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee (with a minimum of $5). In lieu of a 20% restock fee, a customer can opt for 15% of the restock as a store credit for a future purchase and only incur a 5% restock fee. If on the odd chance the buyer receives a defective product and would like a replacement, the restock fee is waived. CruiserYard will inspect if and if there is a defect there a replacement will be issued. If there is not a replacement product, a store credit will be issued. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from CruiserYard. New parts must be unused and in the original, unopened packing material. Electronic and electrical parts are not eligible for returns, all sales are final. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Cancellation Policy

There will be a 20% cancellation fee applied to all orders if an order is cancelled before an order is shipped. 


We ship all over the world. Most shipments go out the next Monday or Thursday. We process orders the day before a ship day, meaning orders going out on Thursday and processed Wednesday and Monday orders are processed on Sunday.
