What goes into their remanufactured process? Each starter has the below list done:
- The solenoid is completely remanufactured or replaced with new
- The brush plate holder is cleaned and plated for corrosion prevention.
- The armature is tested and recoated.
- The commutator is remachined or replaced for proper brush contact.
- The drive is completely remanufactured or replaced.
- The gear is chamfer checked.
- All housings are cleaned and refinished to prevent corrosion
