Puchasing from CruiserYard means you agree with the below policies, terms and conditions. Additionally, you will be required to check a box on checkout that states this as well, the system will not let you checkout otherwise.
Returns Policy
To initiate a return, please contact us BEFORE shipping it back to receive a RMA #. Our return polices are below:
- Returns must be received from 30 days of ship date when the product ships to the customer.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restock fee (with a minimum of $5).
- If on the odd chance the buyer receives a defective product and would like a replacement, the restock fee is waived.
- CruiserYard will inspect the item and if there is a defect, a replacement will be issued. If there is not a replacement product, a store credit will be issued. If the part is found to be working, the buyer will have to pay shipping to have it sent back.
- Electronic and electrical parts are NOT eligible for returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If on the odd chance you receive a part that is defective, it will only be exchanged. Should we not have a part to exchange, a store credit will be given. There are no exceptions to this policy. Again, there will not be any refunds on electronic items.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from CruiserYard. Again, there are no exceptions to this.
- Parts must be in the same condition as sent, meaning new parts must be unused and in the original, unopened packing material and used parts must be in the same condition as sent (no scratches, broken pieces, etc). We strongly recommend insuring items when returning a product.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a 5% cancellation fee, (with a minimum of $5), applied to all orders if an order is cancelled before an order is shipped. This is to cover the credit card fees.
Shipping
- We ship all over the world
- The website accepts order for the US and Canada. International orders have to be processed manually, contact us with your needs.
- Most shipments ship within 1-2 business days. Larger items like body parts, drive-trains etc may take longer
