These are very hard to find these days, we have very limited stock.
The rebuilding process includes :
- Undergoing a jet cleaning
- Magnaflux the head to ensure there are no cracks
- Reface the intake and exhaust valves to within OEM tolerances. If needed, new parts are used if the valves cannot be brought back to within spec and/or abnormality is found
- Honing of valve guides
- Plugging the galley plug with a tapered bolt
- Heads are pressure tested to ensure no leaks from the valves.
