Unfortunately, Sankei outer tie rod ends are NLA/unobtanium for the 03+ UZJ100 and Lexus LX470.
We searched and found a very good aftermarket replacement- New CTR left and right outer tie rod ends for the 03+ UZJ100/LX470.
These come in a pair of 2 so both sides can be done and are side specific. These attach to your steering rack and connect to your knuckle. Made in Korea.
These have an excellent track record, we don't carry anything that does not. As an added assurance, these come with a 2 year warranty!

This will not fit the 98-02 UZJ100 and LX470s.
