UPDATE 2- Sankei recently changed their packaging and removed the 17130-RBB-A01, it now only shows the KP-116. We are speculating this is a licensing issue with Honda. It's common for manufacturers to put on a non-OEM/different part # than the OEM # when it is not in a OEM box. Aisin, Denso, Sankei, etc, all do this.

Torque- You need to use a new and/or properly calibrated torque wrench. Torque to 29 ft lbs, even though Honda specifies 33ft/lb.
